One soup can become a base for delicate highlights of other favourite flavours. Any one of our soups can become your own expression by simply adding a couple of extra ingredients.

Take flavour to new heights: Add sundried tomatoes and freshly chopped basil or pour gremolata on top of it (lemon zest, chopped parsley and garlic).

Homemade Minestrone Soup

Preparing the Soup

  1. In a large saucepan heat the canola oil and cook the celery, green beans, carrots, onions and potatoes for 10 minutes on medium heat.
  2. Add 6 cups of water along with all the other ingredients, except for the pasta and cornstarch. Stir and continue to cook for 30 minutes.
  3. Add the pasta and continue cooking for 10 minutes or until the pasta is ready.
  4. Mix the cornstarch in a 1/4 cup of cold water and add to the soup.
